At Audio Trader, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity gear. We offer a 30-day return policy for most electronics, provided they are returned in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your audio equipment in its original factory box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective foam to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
